Cooking is one of Kristina’s favorite creative endeavors. All of the recipes we share here are gluten-free and corn-free. We choose organic, non-gmo ingredients whenever possible, pastured eggs dairy and meat from local farmers, and we grow our own fruits and veggies as much as we can! We also like to forage wild foods, responsibly of course! Our food choices are an important part of our environmental footprint – to ignore these is to miss a big part of the equation. Growing just one or two vegetables at home is an amazing way to get connected to your food.
